    I have been teaching art for over 30 years after gaining a Fine Art degree and PGCE in Art Education. In recent years I have taught part time which has allowed me to develop my own paintings. I draw inspiration from the area around the Pennines and am influenced by artists such as Monet, Cézanne, Lowry and Turner.
